If a written estimate, caller identification or invoice uses a business name other than EasyDump Commercial Junk Removal, ask how the businesses are related and which company carries responsibility for labor, disposal, payment and complaints.
Do not assume any referral, subcontracting or fulfillment arrangement that is not explained in the service agreement.
Keep these records.

Date, crew contact, changes and condition notes.
